My fitness journey (part 1)

Are you tired of the stubborn fat residing inside your body ? If yes, you are at the right place. Today I'll be sharing my journey of weight loss with you guys and how was I able to loose 5 kgs in just a few weeks time so that you get an idea of what and how to do. So, waking up on a bright Sunday morning and eating the usual Poha and kachori like every other Indori out there I realised that summer vacations are standing right in front of my door and I should definitely do something about the jumping value of my weight which at the time was 59.5 kgs which is a bit too much for a 14 years old boy. And from the next morning I decided to workout and change my eating habits, doing cardio in the morning and strength training in the evening and I even changed my diet 180° , at that time I used a eat a whopping 3000 calories a day which included all the junk food which was piling up mainly in my stomach and now I was only living on 800 calories a day which turned out to be really difficult for me for the first few days but gradually my body got adapted to my new diet plan. As I had no one to guide me about the dieting part of the journey, my main source of knowledge about fat burning was YouTube, I spent about 2 hours a day just streaming videos about weight loss tips and most of them did really worked for me.
Diet
I was on a low-carb diet which was not recommended by most for a 14 years old, but..but...but.. I took a peak into the science behind the low-carb diet and it seemed very practical so I thought let's give this a try and as I've mentioned earlier I've lost a few kgs so it seems it will work for most of you as well. And if you want to burn fat fast you should be in a calorie deficit which means that you have to burn more calories than you eat in a day and you can track this by downloading any calorie tracking application from play/app store. And as I was not in a hurry to get shredded, I ate the usual Indian meals which consisted of :Boiled legumes (with salad and skimmed milk curd)once a day, masala oats and grilled/boiled chicken breast in the night with watermelon, papaya and musk melon as my evening snack.
Workout
I usually relax every Monday as it's the start of the week and most of us feel lazy at the time. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays I did high intensity interval training (HIIT)(cardio) which was of about 25 minutes long and I burnt around 200-300 calories in that span of time and in some YouTube videos I've also seen that it burns fat during the day. So, Moving on to Thursdays and Fridays I did a mix of exercises, namely : crunches, burpees, squats, planks, mountain climbers ,jumps , spot running, lunges etc. And on Saturdays and Sundays I did HIIT (strength) which was 15 minute long and then some cardio to cool down my body. Here are some tips which are highly recommended by me so try and follow them all for the best out comes :-
1. Aviod sugar
2. Use rock salt instead of table salt and don't use it too much
3. Keep your metabolism high to burn more calories
4. Don't over do cardio (it may lead to muscle loss)
5. Take cheat meals once a in 3 weeks
6. Drink 10-12 glasses of water a day
7. Minimise the use of oil
8. Download a calorie tracker in your smartphone
9. Swimming burns x4 times more calories than calories burnt on ground
10. Avoid fried foods
11. Turn to boiled , grilled, barbeque, tandoori
12. Eat more proteins
13. If you are a vegetarian, eat only home made low fat paneer
14. You can drink a glass of warm water with apple cider vinegar or a lemon mixed with it to quicken your weight loss. This is the first thing you should do in the morning (7am-8am) for best results.
